Order them blank and use them as placecards by writing names on the cards with your marker or use your own clear labels (not included).
If adding personalized label option, please note that product arrives separate from the labels, some assembly required (attaching the self-stick labels to the cards).
The ornament measures 2.5" and the cards measure 4" x 5".
